Terms & Conditions

  1. Daily draws open from Wednesday 2nd May and will close Friday 31st August. In addition, there will be an early draw on Tuesday May 1st for entries made between Sunday 1st April and Tuesday 1st May 2012 and 6 x additional late draws on Wednesday 31st October, Friday 30th November, Monday 31st December 2012, Thursday 31st January, Thursday 28th February and Sunday 31st March 2013 for entries made between Saturday 1st September and Saturday 30th March 2013.
  2. This offer is open to UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland residents 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the draws.
  3. Internet access is required. How to enter: Visit www.chicagotown.com/bestseats and enter the unique reference number (URN) found on the inside of your promotion pack.
  4. Each unique reference number can only be used once and will expire upon use.
  5. Prize draws will take place once a month on Wednesday 31st October, Friday 30th November, Monday 31st December 2012, Thursday 31st January, Thursday 28th February and Sunday 31st March 2013 where one winner will be selected at random which will be independently overseen.
  6. Any late entries received 1st September – Saturday 30th March 2013 will be entered into 1 of the 6 x additional prize draws closest to the date of entry and will only be entered once. The additional draws will take place on Wednesday 31st October, Friday 30th November, Monday 31st December 2012, Thursday 31st January, Thursday 28th February and Sunday 31st March 2013
  7. Multiple entries in each prize draw are allowed but there can only be a maximum of one prize per person per draw.
  8. Prize Fund: 'The Best Seats in Town' prize bundles
    • 4 x 'The Best Seats in Town' VIP prize bundles will consist of the following: 40" TV, Surround Sound System, Branded soft drinks fridge, Xbox Kinect with games, Gaming Chair, Home-ware voucher (Winners from ROI will be issued with alternative home-ware vouchers) & Chicago Town pizza vouchers.
    • 4 x 'The Best Seats in Town' Gold prize bundles will consist of the following: 40" TV, Surround Sound System, Branded soft drinks fridge, Xbox Kinect with games and Chicago Town pizza vouchers.
    • 7 x 'The Best Seats in Town' Silver prize bundles will consist of the following: 32" TV, Surround Sound System, Branded soft drinks fridge and Chicago Town pizza vouchers.
    • 109 x 'The Best Seats in Town' Bronze prize bundles will consist of the following: 32" TV, Surround Sound System and Chicago Town pizza vouchers.
  9. No cash or other alternative items are available except in circumstances outside its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal value.
  10. Packaging and receipts will not always be requested to redeem a prize, but please keep these somewhere safe, as Chicago Town may ask for proof of purchase. The promoter reserves the right to verify any claimant's identity including (but not limited to) passport, driving licence or utility bill etc.
  11. All winners will be sent an email within 48hrs of the close of each prize draw and a subsequent telephone call to arrange delivery for the receipt of their prize within 7 days. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of the email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement. At the end of the promotion all valid non-winning entries will be entered into a draw to win any previously unclaimed 'Best Seats in Town' prize bundles, from which a winner will be selected at random which will be independently overseen. After entry, winners' names & addresses cannot be updated or replaced.
  12. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
  13. Please allow 30 days for delivery unless agreed otherwise. If, after this time, your prize has not arrived, please contact the Chicago Town customer services team at bestseats@chicagotown.co.uk or call 0161 214 8633.
  14. Chicago Town has permission to send relevant promotional emails relating to the Limited Edition 2012 campaign following successful registration. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please check relevant box to unsubscribe.
  15. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions; any breach of these Terms & Conditions by a winner may result in the forfeiture of their prize.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
  17. Winners will be required to participate in any related publicity.
  18. The legality of this promotion will be governed by UK law as far as the UK element of the promotion is concerned and by Irish law as far as the Irish element is concerned. However, any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules will be settled by English law and in respect thereof the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  19. The Promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
