How do I claim my money back if I didn’t agree with Chicago Town’s Taste Guarantee?
Once on the TAKEAWAY TASTE GUARANTEE web page (by pressing ‘back’ on your internet browser), click the PRINT FORM icon. This will then open a pdf application form within your browser window, which you will need to print out (it is not an online application form).
Complete the form by hand, filling‐in all required fields; attach your original receipt, promotional area of the packaging and a self‐addressed envelope. Then post these to:
- Chicago Town Taste Guarantee, PO Box 1080, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GW.
- For RoI residents, send to: Chicago Town Taste Guarantee PO Box 11219, Fairview Dublin 3, Ireland.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Please note only original Chicago Town Taste Guarantee application forms from the official Chicago Town website sent with a valid original till receipt and promotional area of packaging will be accepted – no photocopies will be accepted.
Who is eligible for application?
Refunds are available to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland. All residents must be aged 18 or over.
What if I don’t have a printer?
Unfortunately the process of application for the Chicago Town Money Back Guarantee offer requires each applicant to complete a printed form by hand. If you do not have a printer we would recommend saving the pdf application form and printing at a local library, internet café etc.
How many times can I apply?
The Taste Guarantee offer is limited to one application per household, regardless of flavour. Please note no bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
What if I don’t have Adobe Reader software, to view the pdf application form?

Can you return my receipt?
Due to the internal processes required for this promotion we are unable to return any receipts. Therefore please be aware that when you send your receipt to us, we cannot return it back to you.
Where can I find the promotional area of the packaging?
This is located on the back of the Money Back Guarantee Takeaway packaging. See below for visual reference:
When does the promotion end?
The last date for receipt of applications is 31st March 2010, so please be sure to send your application in time for this date.
How much will I be refunded?
We will refund the amount shown on your original till receipt. Please note this is to a maximum value of £3.50 (For R.o.I.€4.99). The refund will be paid in the form of a cheque made payable to the original claimant.

What if my refund has not been sent after 28 days?
We are sorry if you did not receive your refund within the 28 days period. Please email us via GET IN TOUCH, detailing when you sent your form, promotional area of packaging and receipt to us.
