  • Q. Which of the packs is the promotion featured on?
    A. The promotion is featured only on Chicago Town Takeaway Limited Edition X Factor pizza packs.
    Q. How do I enter?
    A. The first step is to purchase a Chicago Town Takeaway Limited Edition X Factor pizza in your local supermarket retailer's freezer section. Then, simply go online to www.chicagotown.com/xfactor, register your details and enter your unique code found inside the pack.
    Q. What is my unique code & where can I find it?
    A. Your unique code is a Unique Reference Number associated with only your Chicago Town Takeaway Limited Edition X Factor pizza. It can be found printed on the inside front panel of your pizza pack. The easiest way to find it is to open the side panel where the barcode is and you will see the printed code.
    Q. My code isn't being accepted?
    A. If your code is not accepted when you enter it on the site, please double check you have entered the code correctly. Please note that the codes are NOT case sensitive. If your code is still appearing as invalid please get in touch using the Contact Us page on this site.
    Q. Do I need to keep the original pizza pack with the unique code?
    A. Please keep your original pizza pack and unique code somewhere safe, as Chicago Town may ask for proof of purchase.
    Q. When will the promotion end?
    A. Chicago Town Takeaway Limited Edition X Factor packs will be in stores from September 2011. Weekly draws start at 9pm on 24th September 2011 with subsequent draws taking place at 9pm every Saturday until 31st December 2011. Closing time for all weekly entries is 7pm prior to the 9pm draw. Any entries received after 7pm on 31st December 2011 until 7pm on 28th January will be entered into a final "late draw" to win a pair of tickets to The X Factor Live Tour.
    Q. What are the prizes?

    X Factor Show, Live Tour and VIP Sound Check tickets
    There are 10 x pairs of tickets to the live Sunday night results shows of The X Factor, for selected dates in October and November 2011. There are 8 x pairs of tickets to The X Factor Live Tour, for selected dates during The X Factor Live Tour 2012. There are 2 x pairs of tickets to The X Factor Sound Check, for selected dates during the production run. The X Factor VIP Sound Check will be on a weekday and will enable the prize winner to sit in on a rehearsal. The X Factor Show, Live Tour and VIP Sound Check ticket winners will also receive £100 travel allowance (per pair of tickets), £100 spending money (per pair of tickets) and 1 night's 4* accommodation in London. The tickets to be won in each week's draw will be clearly advertised each week on www.chicagotown.com/xfactor.

    £2.5million Worth of Prizes
    There are 1.2 million free music downloads to be claimed. You can claim your free music download gift immediately, or choose to try your luck to "get through to the next round" and win an alternative prize. Alternative prizes include: free Chicago Town Takeaway coupon; £500; £1,000; £2,500; £5,000 or £10,000. ROI winners will be awarded monetary prizes in Euro. If you win an alternative prize it will be posted to you within 28 days of you winning. If, at any stage, you try your luck to "get through to the next round" and are unsuccessful, you will lose your "Win a Share of £2.5million Worth of Prizes" prize and your free music download gift, but still be entered into the free prize draw to win The X Factor Show, Live Tour and VIP Sound Check tickets.

    Q. How do I redeem my free music download and when do I need to redeem it by?
    A. Simply follow the instructions on screen to claim your free music download. Make a note of the 20 character unique code given to you on www.chicagotown.com (this will also be emailed to you), then visit http://chicagotown.thefirstclub.com, register your details and enter the 20 character unique code. You can then browse our library of tracks and download one of the millions we have to choose from (up to the value of 15 ClubCoin points). Free music downloads must be redeemed at http://chicagotown.thefirstclub.com by midnight on 29th February 2012. Any outstanding voucher credit will also expire at midnight on 29th February 2012. You will not be able to redeem your free music download after this date.

Your prize will be automatically posted to you within 28 days of you winning (using the address details supplied upon registration).

    X Factor Show, Live Tour and VIP Sound Check tickets - winners will be announced on the Winner's Page (name and county only) live online every Saturday night at 9pm during the promotional period and will also be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw date. If we are unable to get a response from winners within 48 hours, we reserve the right to award the tickets to a runner-up drawn from all eligible entrants.

    A. Sorry you haven't received your confirmation email. In some rare instances emails may be caught in junk filters so if you think you have won but haven't heard from us, please check your junk mail first.     A. Music downloads can be claimed immediately. All other prizes should arrive within 28 days; if not please contact our customer service team using the Contact Us page, detailing your name, address, details of the prize you're waiting for and your contact number.
    Q. Will my personal information be safely kept only with Chicago Town?
    A. Absolutely. We do not pass on your information to 3rd parties
    Q. How long can I buy promotional packs for?
    A. The packs will be on shelves from August 2011-January 2012 whilst stocks last.
