Yes, you will only be able to claim back on promotional boxes, using your itemised till receipt and batch code from the back of the box.
Where can I find my batch code?
Your batch code is the first 8 digits of the code printed on the side of your promotional Pizza Kitchen box, in the white box, labelled ‘prepared on’. E.g. 100117 31.
What if I can’t read my batch code?
If you have a problem reading your batch code on the promotional pack, please contact and send a photograph of the side of the box to [email protected] who will be able to help.

No, this promotion is only open to residents of the UK and ROI.
How many claims can I make?
You may only claim a refund for a single product, from the three products listed, not one for each. One single refund claim, per unique receipt, per household. For the avoidance of doubt, a ‘household’ is classified as a unique postal address.
Are there any age restriction to enter the promotion?
In order to participate in this promotion, you must be 18 years or over.
When will I receive my money back?
UK residents will receive their money back via BACS transfer or cheque (depending on preference) which will arrive within 28 days of claim.
ROI residents will receive a cheque within 28 days from receipt of a valid claim.
How much money back will I receive?
You will receive the amount of money that you paid for the promotional product (up to a maximum of £3/€3.99).
I’m a ROI resident, will I have to pay 50c to cash the cheque refund?

Can I redeem money back in store?

Yes, you can get your cheque posted to an address of your choice. When you type in your details, make sure to put the address as the address you’d like your cheque delivered to.

We will use your review to help us to continually improve our product.
What will happen to the bank details I have provided?
Your personal details e.g bank details will only be used to fulfil your refund and will not be used for any additional purposes unless otherwise opted in. No, as this promotion offers your money back, you must be able to show the amount that you paid for the promotional product via an original, itemised and dated receipt.

No, the terms and conditions state that you must keep the receipt and your promotional box.
I have made a claim and have not received anything back, what should I do?
Your refund may take up to 28 days from the receipt of a valid claim, if this time has passed, please contact [email protected] and we will be able to help you further.
I have forgotten to include an item in my claim, will it be valid?
No. You will receive a notification by email or post explaining what you are missing. You can start your claim again, with all of the correct requirements.
